When someone fills in a contact or enquiry form on your school website, the message comes to EduHost. Use the Website forms page to read these messages and keep track of which ones you have dealt with.
Before you start
- Your school website must be live. To change its pages, see Edit your school website.
- You need a role that can open Website forms. If you cannot see it, ask your school admin.
How you know a new message has come
- The bell at the top shows New message from the website.
- The sidebar shows how many website messages are still unread.
Steps
- In the sidebar, open Website forms.
- You see All forms, the full list of messages.
- To see only new messages, choose Unread only.
- Open a message to read it.
- When you have dealt with it, press Mark read.
- If you want to come back to it later, press Mark unread.
- To remove a message you do not need, press Delete.
Good to know
- To answer someone, call or email them using the details they wrote in the form, if they left any.
- A message from the website form does not go into Admissions on its own. If a family asks about admission, add them as an enquiry in Admissions yourself.
- Use Mark unread as a reminder, so a message stays in the Unread only list until someone follows up.
- Think before you press Delete. Keep messages you may need later.
