What staff see in My HR

See what a staff member can check in My HR: their own attendance, their leave, and their payslips.

My HR is the place where each staff member sees their own records. Use it to check your attendance, ask for leave and see your payslips, without going to the office.

Before you start

  • You need your own login to EduHost. If you do not have one, ask the school office or owner.
  • The owner or admin can give you a login from your staff profile. They open Staff, open your name and use Create login.
  • You only see your own records in My HR, not other staff members' records.

Steps

  1. Sign in to EduHost with your email and password.
  2. In the sidebar, click My HR.
  3. Look at the part you need: your attendance, your leave or your payslips.

What you can see

  • Your attendance: the days the school has marked for you. To learn how the office marks staff attendance, read "Track staff attendance".
  • Your leave: your leave requests and whether each one is waiting, approved or rejected. You can also apply for new leave. Choose the Leave type, fill in From, To and Reason, then send it.
  • Your payslips: your monthly payslips, once the school has run payroll for that month. If none are ready, you see No payslips yet.

Good to know

  • Every staff member with a login can use My HR for their own records.
  • If you cannot choose a leave type, the school has not set up leave types yet. Ask the office.
  • Your leave request goes to the person who approves leave. See "Approve leave requests" and "Set up multi-step leave approval".
  • If your school lets staff clock in from their phone, see "Let staff clock in from their phone".
  • Teachers also see My attendance today and an Apply for leave shortcut on their dashboard.
