EduHost can build your UDISE+ sheets from the student and staff records you already keep. Use this when you need student (SDCF) or teacher (TDCF) data for UDISE+, or when you need to look at your board filings.

Before you start

  • Make sure your student and staff details are complete and correct. The sheets use what is already in EduHost.
  • If your school files with a board, check your board subject codes first. EduHost shows the note Check these subject codes before you file anything.
  • If you see No subjects yet — add them on the Subjects page first., add your subjects under Subjects before you go on.

Export the UDISE+ sheets

  1. In the sidebar, open UDISE+.
  2. Choose Students (SDCF) for student data, or Teachers (TDCF) for teacher data.
  3. Look through The sheet on the screen and fix any wrong details in the student or staff record.
  4. Press Export the sheet to download it.
  5. Do the same for the other sheet if you need it.

Open your board filings

  1. In the sidebar, open Board filings.
  2. Pick the filing you need and check the details before you send anything to the board.
  3. If you see No filings are set up for this school yet., nothing is ready for your school. Ask the EduHost team from Help.

Good to know

  • Photographs and signatures: EduHost does not check whether a picture is the right size. Check the size yourself before you file.
  • If a student has more than six subjects, only the first six are entered. Change the subject combination so the right six go.
  • If you cannot see these pages, your role may not include them. Your school admin can change this under Roles & Permissions.
  • To add extra details to the student form, see the article Add your own fields to the student form.
