If one trust runs several schools or branches, EduHost can link them together. The Trust page then shows all your schools in one place, so you can check each branch without signing in again and again.
Before you start
- Your school cannot switch this on by itself. Only the EduHost team can set up a trust.
- Each branch must already be its own school in EduHost.
- Keep a list of the branches you want to link, with each school's name and EduHost address.
Ask EduHost to set up your trust
- In the app, open the Help panel.
- Under Talk to EduHost, write that you want to run many branches under one trust.
- Add the names and EduHost addresses of all your branches.
- Press Send.
- Wait for a reply. You get a note in the bell when EduHost answers.
Use the Trust page
- In the sidebar, open Settings → Trust.
- Look at the Schools list. Each branch is shown on its own line.
- For each school, check Billed this year, Collected and Still due.
- Press Refresh to see the latest numbers.
- To link another school that you already run, press Add a school you administer.
Good to know
- Each branch keeps its own students, staff, fees and settings. Linking them does not mix their records.
- Parents, students and teachers do not see the Trust page. They only see their own school.
- To change a branch's name, logo or contact details, see Change school name, logo and contact details.
- If you do not see Trust in the sidebar, your trust has not been set up yet. Ask EduHost through Help.
