Your school's data belongs to you. You can download a copy of it from EduHost whenever you want, for example to keep your own copy or to check your records.
Before you start
- Downloading your data is always free. It is part of every EduHost school and is never a paid extra.
- Use a computer if you can. A large school can have a lot of data, and a file is easier to save and open on a computer.
Steps
- Sign in to EduHost.
- In the sidebar, open Settings.
- Open the Your data page.
- Find the part called Download all your data.
- Read the part called What’s never included. It tells you what the download leaves out.
- Press the button to start the download.
- Save the file in a safe place on your computer.
Good to know
- Your data is yours. EduHost does not charge you to take a copy of it.
- The same page also has a part called Backups. Read it to learn more about how your data is kept safe.
- Keep the downloaded file private. It has details about your students, families and staff.
- If the page shows Couldn't load this., check your internet and press Retry.
- Do you need help? Open Help in the app and use Talk to EduHost to ask the EduHost team.
