Use the unpaid fees page to see which students still owe money and how much. Check it often, so you can call families or send reminders before dues grow.

Before you start

  • Bills must already be made for students. If not, see Create bills.
  • Your role must be allowed to open Fees. If you cannot see it, ask your school admin.

Steps

  1. In the sidebar, open Fees → Unpaid.
  2. Look at the list. It shows the students who still have fees to pay.
  3. To see only some students, use the filter options at the top of the page, for example to pick one class.
  4. To keep a copy of the list, use the download or export option on the page.
  5. To remind families, send a fee reminder. See Send fee reminders for the full steps.
  6. When a family comes to pay, take the fee at the counter. See Collect a fee at the counter.

Other places to see dues

  • On the Dashboard, the Families to call box lists families with overdue fees. Each one shows Due since a date and a Call button. Press All dues to see the full list.
  • The Overdue fees box on the dashboard tells you how many students are past the due date.
  • For more detail, open Fees → Reports.

Good to know

  • A student goes off this list as soon as their fee is fully paid, at the counter or online.
  • You can also stop results or the parent portal for families who have not paid. See Hold results or portal for unpaid fees.
  • Parents can see their own bills and pay in the parent portal, if online payment is set up. See Let parents pay fees online.
