Use the Combined result page when you want one result made from more than one exam. For example, you may want to put the marks of a mid-term and a final exam together.

Before you start

  • The exams you want to combine must already be created.
  • Marks for those exams should already be entered. See the article Enter marks.
  • Check that your Grade scale and Terms are set up under Exams.

Steps

  1. In the sidebar, open Exams → Combined result.
  2. Choose the class you want to work on.
  3. Choose the exams whose marks you want to put together.
  4. Look at the combined marks for each student on the screen.
  5. Save your work.

Good to know

  • If a mark looks wrong in the combined result, fix it in the exam itself first. See Enter marks.
  • Parents and students do not see results until the school publishes them. See Publish results and report cards.
  • For re-exams, see Reassessment and compartment exams.
  • If you see the message "This page isn't part of your role", ask your school admin. They can change what your role can do under Roles & Permissions.
  • When you look at a past academic year, most pages are read-only. While correcting a past year, you can still change marks, re-exams, results, report cards and attendance.
