Plan, billing & settingsUpdated 17 Oct 20262 min read
Each time your school pays for its EduHost plan, you get an invoice. Use this when your accountant needs a copy for the school's records or for GST.
Before you start
- These invoices are for what your school pays EduHost. They are not the fee receipts you give to parents.
- You need to sign in with an account that can open Billing. This is usually the school owner.
Steps
- In the sidebar, open Billing.
- Find the payment you need in the list of past payments.
- Open the Invoice for that payment.
- Check the details on the invoice. You will see the Invoice no., Invoice date, who it is Billed to, the Place of supply, the Description, the SAC code, the Taxable value and the Total paid.
- Click Print or save PDF.
- Your browser's print window opens. To print, choose your printer. To keep a file, choose to save it as a PDF.
- Save the file in a folder you can find again.
Credit notes and refunds
If EduHost gave back money for a payment, you may see the word Refunded. The invoice then shows Credit notes against this invoice.
- Open the Credit note.
- Check the Credit note no., the Date, the invoice it is Against invoice, and the Total credited.
- Click Print or save PDF to keep a copy, the same way as an invoice.
Good to know
- Keep each credit note together with its invoice, so your accounts match.
- You may also see a Razorpay receipt for a payment. This is the payment receipt. The invoice is the GST bill.
- To pick or change your plan, read Choose or change your plan. For questions about the trial, read Your free trial.
- If an invoice is missing or wrong, ask the EduHost team from Help inside the app.
