Your free trial

When you start EduHost on an autopay plan, you get 7 days free. This article explains how the trial works, what happens when it ends, and how to choose your plan in Billing.

How the trial works

• The 7-day free trial starts when your school is set up.
• The full ERP is switched on during the trial, so you can try every part of the app.
• Nothing is charged during the trial.
• The trial comes with every autopay plan: monthly, every 6 months, and Starter yearly.
• Growth yearly and Pro yearly have no free trial. You pay for them once, in Billing, after your school is created. They then last for 12 months.

When the trial ends

• If you keep your autopay plan, autopay starts after the 7 days. You are charged for the plan you picked: every month, every 6 months, or every year.
• If you cancel before the trial ends, you pay nothing.
• You can cancel an autopay plan at any time.

Choose a plan from Billing

1. In the sidebar, open Billing.
2. Under How often you pay, pick how often you want to pay. The screen says Choose Monthly or Yearly. Paying for longer costs less each month.
3. Look at the plans. Your plan is marked Current plan.
4. If you have a coupon, click Have a coupon? and type it in the Coupon code box.
5. Click the button on the plan you want.
6. Follow the steps on the screen to finish.

Good to know

• Fees that parents pay online go straight to your school's own bank account. They are not part of your plan.
• To move to a different plan later, read Choose or change your plan.
