Choose or change your plan

Your plan decides which modules your school can use and how many students it can have. Use the Billing page to pick a plan, change it, or change how often you pay.

The plans

There are three plans. Each plan allows up to a set number of students.

• Starter: students, classes, attendance, staff, leave, fees with cash collection, notices, online fee payments and the parent portal.
• Growth: everything in Starter, plus exams, report cards, timetable, library, hostel, transport, messages to parents, accounts and payroll.
• Pro: everything in Growth, plus more WhatsApp messages each month.

Only active students in the current session count. Alumni and students who have left do not count.

Steps

1. In the sidebar, under Settings, open Billing.
2. Find the plan marked Current plan. This is the plan you have now.
3. Under How often you pay, pick how often you want to pay.
4. Choose the plan you want.
5. If you have a coupon, click Have a coupon? and type it in Coupon code. Click Remove if you want to take it off.
6. Follow the steps on the screen to finish.

Monthly or yearly

• Monthly and every-6-months plans are paid by autopay. You can cancel any time.
• Paying for longer costs less each month.
• Starter yearly is also paid by autopay.
• Growth and Pro yearly are paid once for 12 months. There is no autopay, so you renew it yourself. They have no free trial.

Good to know

• A bigger plan starts straight away.
• A smaller plan starts at your next renewal.
• 18% GST is added to your invoice.
• EduHost takes no cut of school fees. Online fees from parents go straight to your school's bank.
